EVEN IN YOUR DARKEST DAYS, I WANT YOU TO KNOW: YOU CAN WRITE ANOTHER STORY.
Imagine waking up with joy, a deep sense of peace, and real, unbridled hope for the day.
A reality where relationships feel secure, your choices feel intentional, and the weight of the past no longer holds you back. This is your life on the other side of healing—and it’s waiting for you.
THIS IS POSSIBLE FOR YOU. EVEN IF RIGHT NOW IT FEELS MORE LIKE…
Canceling plans for the group fitness class last minute because the nerves were too much
Wanting to be happy in your current relationship but you can’t stop thinking about what if
Being at the height of your performance and feeling more alone than ever because of the crippling pressure of others’ expectations
Quietly fixating on how you used to look in photos with an increasing sense of unrest

I’M noelle.
I believe that on the other side of therapy you can fully live.
The tools you will gain through therapy will help you to make sense of the world in a way that isn’t coming from a trauma response but rather a healed brain and peaceful heart. And when you are able to walk through life with that freedom and a steadiness that comes from within, life is full of meaning, more joy, and rich experiences.
There is way for you to have more days feeling like this instead:
Showing up with curiosity for a job shadowing opportunity, even though your career path is uncertain
Walking into a holiday gathering with a genuine smile, ready to mingle without fear
Trusting your ability to navigate difficult family dynamics without compromising your well-being
Whatever it looks like for you specifically, I want you to know this: You are made for a life fully lived. And through a therapy relationship, I would love to help you get there.
Here’s what to expect from a therapy relationship.
1
Getting started
Your journey starts with a consultation call—a simple chat to explore your concerns and explore if we’re a good fit. From there, I’ll guide you through the paperwork and scheduling, keeping it quick and stress-free. Taking this step toward healing is important, and I’m here to make it as easy as possible for you.
2
Identifying the right tools
Every healing journey is unique, and finding the right tools can make all the difference. Whether it’s talk therapy to process your thoughts, EMDR to rewire stuck memories, or somatic approaches like polyvagal theory to calm your nervous system, therapy is about tailoring the approach to what works for you.
3
Your path forward
We will work together to create a treatment plan that will outline our goals together, estimate the length of treatment, and equip you for life after therapy.
